First 5 LA on Facebook, Twitter and MySpace
In our ongoing efforts to further engage with the community, First 5 LA is now on all of the major social networking sites, providing stakeholders and parents an easy way to learn about events, topics and to connect with us. Social networking sites are some of the fastest growing online communities and First 5 LA is glad to join the network.
For stakeholders in the 0-5 field we have created a First 5 LA fan page on Facebook and a First 5 LA Twitter feed, with daily updates about current research in the early childhood field, parenting tips, articles of interest to the community and more.
- Become a First 5 LA fan on Facebook by clicking here, or search for First 5 LA in the Facebook search function.
Please note that for these sites you will need to create an account or have one already. For parents, we have Ready.Set.Grow! Facebook and MySpace pages and a Twitter feed with information about fun and free family events, coupons, special offers and parenting tips. Ready. Set. Grow! is First 5 LA's family friendly educational program, keeping L.A. County parents "in the loop" on fun activities for kids 0-5.
- Become a Ready. Set. Grow! fan on Facebook by clicking here, or search for Ready. Set. Grow! in the Facebook search function.
- Become a Ready. Set. Grow! friend on MySpace by clicking here, or search for Ready. Set. Grow! in the MySpace search function.
Please note that for these sites you will need to create an account or have one already.
I look forward to meeting you online! |
