Autumn is my favorite season.  It always strikes me as a time for change, right down to the change of colors in the leaves.

So, in this month's Communique', I'm featuring the "Change Checklist" that I include in my "How To Stay Positive and Focused in Uncertain Times" presentation.

ARE YOU CHANGE-READY?

Answer YES or No to each item on checklist.

1.  I have a "big picture" vision for my life

2.  I view change as an opportunity for growth

3.  I am able to identify both the positive and negative in any situation

4.  I have an understanding of current event and issues

5.  I have a network of friends and colleagues whom I can count on for support

 6.   I have a good sense of humor

 7.   I have strong communication skills

After completing the checklist, check out the 7 Strategies for
Thriving on Change below.  Also, be sure to listen in on my FREE teleseminar on Oct 18, 6pm PST for more insights on staying positive in uncertain times.  (Link located to the right.)

Have a wonderful Fall season!
