Three Gratitude Guidelines
1. Gratitude is an unwavering state of being...it doesn't change from one day to the next based on our mood.
2. Those of us who are goal-driven might benefit from taking a minute--and a deep breath--to stop and savor what we already have.
3. To get more of what we want, it helps to be grateful for what we already have.
