Greetings,
 Sarita's Photo
In this month's What Do You Say  Communique, I focus on meetings.

During the month of May, I've spoken for an interesting variety of meetings ranging from a nine-person executive retreat to CEU-approved workshops and annual conferences.

I  was glad to see that, especially in these challenging times, there are organizations and associations holding meetings...to motivate,  to educate, to build teams, to show employee and customer appreciation.

Even if you are not bringing in a speaker or going off-site, you can still use my

What Do You Say?
Featured Phrase: "What do you think about..."

This is one of my favorite positive "work-together-better" phrases because it allows us to seek input...a simple strategy that supplies us with useful insights and also acknowledges the expertise of the other person.
(Caution:  Request  for opinion must be sincere!)
