Aetna: Important Changes to Health

We would like to inform you about upcoming changes
for new and renewing groups with 51-99 employees.

Aetna: Mid-Atlantic Retina Termination
Our goal is to provide you with
timely notification of all changes in the availability of hospitals and
physician groups within Aetna's medical
networks nationally. As such, the
purpose of this letter is to notify you that Mid-Atlantic Retina will be terminating from the Southeastern PA,
Southern NJ and Northern DE, Aetna networks effective 07/16/2010.

Aetna: Tax Credit for Small Groups
Under the Affordable Care Act, the Internal Revenue Services issued guidance to encourage small groups to offer health care coverage for the first time or enable them to maintain the coverage they currently have. IRS Notice 2010-44 provides guidelines to help small group employers determine whether they qualify for the credit and estimate the amount of the credit.

Eflex: Important Information Regarding HRA Plans
In accordance with the new Section 111 of the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (MMSEA) reporting rules, we are now required to have updated, accurate information (including Social Security Number, date of birth, and gender) for all individuals covered under HRA plans. This requirement obligates HRA administrators to collect more information about each participant, spouse and all eligible dependents.

Horizon BCBSNJ: Copayment Waiver Program for Generic Drugs
Horizon
Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is committed to encouraging our members to
use generic drugs when appropriate. Generic drugs can offer significant savings
and are available at a lower copayment than their brand name counterparts. To demonstrate this commitment, the "Try It
On Us" program was launched on July 1, 2010.
"Try It On Us" is a copayment waiver program offered to members who are
currently taking a brand maintenance medications.

Horizon BCBSNJ: Dental Medical
Integration
Horizon
Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey's new offering allows groups with dental
and medical benefits through Horizon BCBSNJ to track dental check-ups among
their employees and family members who have diabetes. This enhancement to our Journey to Health integrated
health and wellness solution is available to members of midsize employer groups
who have already agreed to receive outreach services from Horizon BCBSNJ Nurse
Care Specialists.
