COBRA
Subsidy Extension Delayed
The Senate,
last week, failed to pass a bill that contained a one month extension of the
COBRA subsidy to involuntary terminations occurring after February 28, 2010.

AmeriHealth NJ: Medicare Secondary Payer
To
comply with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS) Medicare
Secondary Payer requirements, we are requesting employer size information from
your customers. A letter will be mailed to all group customers with 2-99
employees within the next few days.
