devastation of the earthquake in Haiti is having a worldwide impact. Friends
and family members are frantic to learn about and help their loved ones in Haiti, and
massive volunteer efforts are under way. Aetna is taking steps to reach out and
help all of our members - those in Haiti and their loved ones
elsewhere - through this disaster.

e-Bill system. This will provide

New Rx Program Starts Feb. 1, 2010 for Fully Insured Customers
We are continually looking for ways to better
manage the cost of prescription drugs. The Select Designated Pharmacy program
guides members to save money on select high cost (non-specialty) medications
with three easy options. Each option has a different saving potential, and the
member can choose any option to receive network benefits.
