Health Net: Correction to Select Explanation of Benefits Statements
Recently Health Net made an error on select Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements sent to members between August 28, 2009 and December 4, 2009. While the financial payments listed on the statements were correct, the information regarding member and provider cost-share responsibilities were incorrect. To fix the error, Health Net recently sent the affected members revised EOB statements with the correct cost share amounts that they owed.
