Aetna: Information for CMS Requirement

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ: Grace's Law Hearing Aid and Coverage
Pursuant to P.L. 2008, c. 126, effective upon issuance or renewal on or after March 30,2009, this law mandates coverage for hearing aids needed by covered persons age 15 or younger.
This law requires coverage for medically necessary expenses incurred in the purchase of a hearing aid for a covered person age 15 or younger.

Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NJ: Journey to Health®' Available with Renewals
Journey to Health is our integrated health and wellness solution that addresses the unique needs of employees. We are pleased to announce that Journey to Health will be available to fully-insured groups with 100 to 499 employees starting October 1, 2009 upon renewal or for new sales.

United Healthcare: ARRA Subsidy Payment Report Available
Under the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) Act of 2009, employers may be reimbursed for premium assistance after the reduced COBRA premiums have been paid and received. Employers may also claim reimbursement for premium assistance as a credit on IRS Form 941.

United Healthcare: Prescription Drug List (PDL) and Benefit Coverage Updates for September 1, 2009
Beginning January 1, 2010, we will move from three scheduled changes a year to two (January 1 and July 1), for both the Advantage and the Traditional PDLs (Traditional PDL will continue to only implement up-tiering changes on January 1 of each year).
