Blue Cross Blue Shield: Terminations of
Radiology Groups
Horizon
Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey has received termination letters from some
radiology groups in our network, effective July 1, 2009. Please be advised that
under the terms of Horizon BCBSNJ's contracts with these providers, as well as
our policy regarding termination, our members may continue to access care at an
in-network level through October 31, 2009 (prior authorization must be obtained
when required).
