Aetna: COBRA Home Billing Service Discontinued
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) provides for a
65 percent subsidy on COBRA and COBRA-comparable state continuation premiums
for certain assistance eligible individuals (AEIs) for up to 9 months.

IRS Releases COBRA Subsidy Guidance
The IRS has released Notice
2009-27 which provides additional guidance and clarification regarding the
COBRA changes introduced by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of
2009. You may view the guidance online
