Independence Blue Cross - Formulary Update
Independence Blue Cross is making changes to the
Select Drug Program formulary and updates that support the safe prescribing of
drugs.

United Healthcare - Transition to New Retail Pharmacy
Beginning April 1, 2009, commercial fully insured groups will transition from
the Premier network to the UnitedRx National network. As with the Premier
network, UnitedRx National terms include a 30-day supply with a Zero Balance
Logic (ZBL) pricing structure.
