20 Natural Energy Boosters

First, let's take a look at some typical energy zappers: stress, worry, sugar, technology, complaining, debt expansion, un-forgiveness, dwelling in the past, being stuck in victim mode, taking on the responsibility of the world . . . and well, you know, this list of vampire-sucking-energy thieves can go on and on. (Please pause here to take a few deep belly breaths before you continue.)

Now, here's the good news. You have an abundance of natural energy boosters available to you every day--a smorgasbord of energy boosters! Here's how to activate them: 1) Be lovingly observant of your energy leaks; 2) take a deep belly breath or two when you notice them; and 3) choose something from the list below to create your very own energy makeover.

Natural Energy Boosters

1. Movement! Nia, yoga, dance, running, walking, biking, hiking, gardening, Pilates, skiing, skating, or swimming are just a few options. Pick something that results in pleasure!

2. Enjoy sensible sun exposure.

3. Restore yourself with sound sleep.

4. Engage in acts of laughter--it really is the best medicine! You create endorphins (the brain's feel-good chemicals) right in your own body!

5. Choose low-glycemic foods that keep your blood sugar level, starting with a healthy breakfast.

6. Pause to fill up with mindful belly breathing

7. Love often: love yourself, others, and especially the children (yours and the world's).

Please put "Sugar Busters" in the subject line. I will reply to set up a time to answer your questions and/or to register you.

Personal Note: I enjoyed "resetting" over five years ago with great success and have coached over 100 people through this lifestyle program. It is not a quick-fix, fad, nor does it contain any magical ingredients. It is a loving bridge back to choosing foods that truly nourish your body and soul.
