Greetings!

Happy Summer! The changing of the seasons is always a good time to set or redefine an intention. Please enjoy the feature article, From Intention to Reality: Tate's 10 Tips for Manifesting Your Dreams.

If good health and financial freedom are part of your dreams, you will find great value in the free Health & Freedom Seminars my colleague, Kate Northrup Moller, is offering next week. If you are in the Tacoma or Seattle area, check out the info below and see if it calls to you. Kate is an inspiring, dynamic, and brilliant speaker--and I love and respect her dearly! I believe you will gain insights to expand your thoughts, feelings, and perceptions about finances and its relation to your health if you choose to attend.

I will be heading to California the weekend of July 14 to officiate the wedding of a former Nia student. This will be the eighth wedding I have officiated in the past few years and I have now decided to be more "public" about this aspect of my spiritual wellness work. Would you please share my name with those who might want to explore having me support them in their Sacred Wedding or commitment ceremony plans?

Thank you!

Supporting your wellness vision,

Susan Tate

1.  Commit to doing everything in your power to make your intentions manifest--first thing, not last.

2.  Spend time noticing the "feeling" you want to receive from manifesting your intention and recall the times when that feeling was present in your life.

3. Put value on your needs. Your time to do this is self-FULL not selfish. Being filled up helps you and others too.

4.  Eliminate sabotage from yourself and others. Remove yourself from non-supportive people (within reason). You may need to "block" the energy if you're physically with someone who doesn't support your desires. There is no reason to "reform" anyone around you. YOU are the place where change occurs.

5.  Remember, you don't need other people's approval to manifest your intentions. Permission can only come from within.

6.  Make room for new things to come into your life: donate, recycle, clean, share, give.

7.  High and holy desires don't take anything away from anyone else. It helps you share and give back. Expand your generous spirit.
