 Greetings!

Susan TateThere were so many topics swimming around in my head this month I found myself taking a deep breath and focusing on simplicity. I've included Tate's 12 Tips for Transformational Wellness in this issue so you can keep it simple too. If you like, pick one tip for today, write it on a Post-it note, and place it on your computer. Or, print all the tips and tape them to your bathroom mirror. Lovingly observe the gentle expansion of your wellness practice!

Tip #3 is Nourish the body/mind temple. Choosing nourishing foods and thoughts is a lifestyle practice and it need not involve lack, deprivation, scarcity, or limiting beliefs. Moving and eating well fuels your deepest passions. What did you come here to do? Are you doing it?

My passion is inspiring wellness. I have created a nutrition program designed to uplift your level of wellness in a way that sustains, supports, and offers loving nourishment to your body, mind, and spirit. Check out the Movement + Nourishment = The Joy of Transformation program details below and let me know if it calls to you.

With visions of wellness, happiness, and simplicity,

Susan Tate, M.A.,
