Susan Tate Greetings!

As I was making plans to announce the second edition of Wellness Wisdom, the world literally shifted its axis following the massive earthquake in Japan earlier this month. My book seemed incredibly insignificant in the midst of such unfathomable and painful human tragedy. There were times when I thought I might quietly let this gentle birth of a new work go unannounced. After considerable contemplation, I remembered that I couldn't be sad enough to make the suffering go away in Japan and I should not silence my energy and beliefs about the treasures of wellness. I believe one of the best things I can do, every day, is to live my best life so I can be all I can. If I can maintain a level of wellness that shines a light to support and lift others, then little parts of everyone's world could be better. So, I am intentionally sharing this news, as well as sending out prayers and visions for healing the precious people and land in Japan.

From my heart to your heart, I am delighted to announce that the second edition of Wellness Wisdom: 31 Ways to Nourish Your Mind, Body, & Spirit has been released! You'll find the details below.

I once heard that worrying over the things we can't control is a waste of time because we can't control them. Worrying over the things we can control is a waste of time because we can control them. So, why worry? If you'd like some inspiration and action steps around this topic, you'll enjoy reading this month's feature article from my updated Chapter 17, Reframe Worrying.

With visions of wholeness for all,

Reframe Worrying

Are you really good at worrying? Do you believe that it makes you a better person (partner, mother, father, daughter, son, friend) if you worry about someone? Do you think your level of worry has a direct correlation to keeping a loved one safe? Do you think having a high level of worry proves your love for someone? If so, here's a new view to consider: worrying does not protect your loved ones and it takes a lot of energy away from your daily activities. Might there be a better use for your time and energy?
