If I had one thing to do over, it would be to schedule more time to take care of me. That simple act would have decreased my stress considerably. I've finally learned (now that I am a grandmother) I am much better able to care for others when I have cared for myself first. Is this true for you? 

 

Whether you live alone or with others, it is important to take time to replenish yourself and revel in relaxation rather that stew in stress. But how do we extract ourselves from the stresses of daily life to even GET to the possibility of reveling in relaxation? I'm going to give you some suggestions.
