Greetings!

Here is one more tip to add to our last letter about effective email campaigns.
Verify Your Links

Providing valuable information is a key function of email campaigns. Connecting your email readers to embedded links such as web sites and other sources of information is an excellent way to enhance the quality of your communication with current and prospective customers.  Links give your contacts an opportunity to delve more deeply into the subject matter.

Once you have embedded a link, be sure to test it before launching your email.  In our last email, we embedded a link to the article, Effective Email Campaigns, that appeared in the March edition of Care Management Matters magazine.  Unfortunately, the link in the prior email sent you to a different article.  We are sure this link is correct so please click through and enjoy the article.

While we try to achieve perfection, we sometimes miss the mark.  Recovery in such situations is very important to customers.  We hope that you can learn from our mistake - we certainly have!
Please take a few minutes to read the article and if you need assitance with your market research, marketing, and organizational development needs, do give me a call today.

Sincerely,
Irving Stackpole, RRT, MEd
