Greetings!

During the next two months, I will have the pleasure of speaking at several conferences on topics that may be of interest to you.  The content of those programs will be available on our web site following the presentations but if you are going to attend any of these conferences, please make sure to say "Hello" in person.

Medical Tourism Continues to be a Hot Topic

On November 7 in Boston, I will participate in a panel discussion hosted by
Children's Hospital Boston, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary on medical tourism issues. The program entitled, "International Health Forum 2008", is a gathering of leading US medical center managers to review the operational, policy and marketing issues associated with international health travel.

Council For Korea MedicinesThe Council for Korea Medicine Overseas Promotion has invited my colleague, Elizabeth Ziemba, and myself to a conference in Seoul during the first week of December.  I will present a workshop on marketing medical tourism to health care leaders in Korea. For more information about the services we provide to organizations involved in medical tourism, download our PowerPoint presentation.

Services for Individuals with Learning Disabilities

ARK-UKOn November 20 in Coventry, England, I will deliver a keynote presentation at the annual conference of ARC-UK entitled, "Selling your Grand Design: The science of marketing in social care".  The program addresses social service providers and explores the marketing and sales dimensions of providing social care to persons with learning disabilities.  Visit the "Resources" section of our website for publications focused on marketing social care services.
