It's time again for some beer allocations and this month we have a spectacular trio of offerings.

Otiose

Bottle Limit - $20/bottle ($17 after RS discount)
Defined as "serving no practical purpose", the recipe for Otiose was developed during a rare break in the brewing schedule; a recipe we came up with to satisfy our own desires and nothing more. The result is a sour brown ale aged in oak barrels to which we added guava. Riddled with tropical notes which are balanced by it's malty backbone, Otiose is a rich and decadent sour ale.

French for "without a paddle", Sans Pagaie is our take on a Belgian Kriek. We added an incredible amount of cherries to this sour blonde ale and then we decided to add more. The result is a well balanced fruited sour ale, perfect on it's own, even better with a slice of chocolate cake.

RS EXCLUSIVE
Brewed with beachwood and cherrywood smoked malt, and aged in bourbon barrels, Smoking Wood is a delicious demonstration of what wood has to offer when it comes to beer. This imperial smoked porter is brewed with a hefty amount of rye malt, contributing to a full body and light spiciness. Toasty oak, caramel and vanilla flavors balance the smokiness, contributing to an intense yet refined flavor profile.
The previous release of Smoking Wood was aged in rye whiskey barrels while this more limited version was aged in bourbon barrels, contributing a different nuance to the already complex ale.

1) Login to society.thebruery.com
2) Select the desired quantity of bottles and event tickets
3) Purchase the bottles/tickets
4) Wait for an email letting you know the bottles are available
5) Head to The Bruery
Provisions and pick up your order
6) Enjoy your beer with family and friends

Your 15% membership discount will be applied to all sales. The above beers will be on sale through society.thebruery.com beginning on 3/7/12 and ending on 3/30/12. They will be available for pickup at The Bruery Provisions.
When ordering these beers, the following guidelines apply:
•If your order is for more than one brand of beer, please make sure to order all bottles in one order.
Pickups will be available at The Bruery Provisions during our standard operating hours (Sunday-Wednesday 12-10pm and Thursday-Saturday 11-12am) once an email announcement has been sent that they are ready.
•Only those who have “Reserve Society” status on our eCommerce site will be able to order these releases. If you are a Reserve Society member and don't have an account on our eCommerce site, please sign up and eMail society@thebruery.com to give you access to the releases.
•All beers must be picked up by March 31st, 2013.
•RS Exlcusive beers will only be sold to the Reserve Society, further allocations may become available to the Reserve Society after the initial sale closing date, but this is not guaranteed.
•Customers are responsible for making sure that they receive the correct beers and the entirety of their order before signing their pickup reciept from The Bruery Provisions.
