After another great week in the brewery we are ready to let loose and have some fun in the Tasting Room. Between our Reserve Bottle List and our always popular Valentines Day chocolate pairing, this weekend should be another fantastic one for everyone that decides to come out!
The fun starts this Friday when we will be pouring our newest Provisions beer: Chocosaurus Rye. Chocosaurus Rye was brewed with the fine folks of Bootleggers Brewery, who opened their brewery less than 4 miles down the road within just months of our own opening. Bootlegger's have been great friends of our since the beginning and it seemed fit to brew our first local collaboration with them. Chocosaurus Rye is an amalgamation of our two breweries styles: a 7% ABV dark rye lager that was finished with cacao nibs and vanilla beans. Growlers will be available to Reserve Society members while supplies last and bottles will be available for everyone else to take some of this awesome collaboration brew home. Sour in the Rye and Mother Funker bottles will also be available in bottles for those of you who would like to take their beer to-go!
This Saturday we will be bringing back out Reserve bottle list. Every Saturday The Bruery opens up our cellar to the public with our Reserve Bottle List. This list consists of many rare, limited or retired Bruery beers, all of which will only be available for consumption inside of the Tasting Room. Hopefully this allows our biggest fans and newbies alike the opportunity to try some beers they might have missed.
We have made a Valentines weekend tradition of pairing beer and chocolate here in the Tasting Room over the past few years and this year will be no different. This Sunday we will be pairing our favorite beers with some delectable chocolates made by the world renowned Mignon Chocolatier of Pasadena. Filmishmish, Chocosaurus Rye, BeRazzled and a special firkin will all be available as part of the flight, so come in early and try these amazing pairings before they are all gone! We will be having some awesome trucks by this weekend to feed everybody. The Brats & Berlin truck will be here Friday night to cook up some German-styled sausages, the Viking Truck will be here on Saturday night to cook up their Norse-inspired goodness and Sunday our favorites from the Home Skillet truck will be serving up some specially made food to go with our Valentines-weekend pairings.
