Vitis Series: Oui Oui
Dear Reserve Society member,
As a thank you for your support, we are allocating certain beers this year as RS Exclusives. These beers will ONLY be sold to members of our Reserve Society and will not be available for purchase by the general public.
The way that this will work is that after the initial offering of guaranteed alloctions is closed, we will count the remaining bottles and then put them back online (upon an announcement) for those who want extra bottles to purchase more. During this second allocation, we can not guarantee enough beer for each member. The purchases will be first come, first served, until the beer is sold out.
For this first chance at extra beers, we will be offereing both Filmishmish and Oui Oui, while supplies last.
Filmishmish
2 Bottle Limit - $17/bottle w/ 15% discount
Filmishmish, an Arabic term for “when the apricots bloom”, is a barrel aged sour blonde ale to which apricots have been added. The beer's already fruity esters are enhanced by the hint of fresh apricot jam and wood shavings. Filmishmish is a well balanced beer, keeping the apricot and oak character present, but putting the flavor of the well formed sour ale at the forefront.

Vitis Series: Oui Oui
1 Bottle Limit - $17/bottle w/ 15% discount
Oui Oui is the second in our Vitis Series. For this version, we aged our sour blonde ale in used wine barrels along with chardonnay grapes. The resulting ale has a pleasant funk with resounding similarities to a California chardonnay wine.

Your 15% membership discount will be applied to all sales. The above beers will be on sale through society.thebruery.com beginning on 1/26 and will end when sold out. They will be available for pickup at The Bruery Provisions.
When ordering these beers, the usual guidelines apply:
•If your order is for more than one brand of beer, please make sure to order all bottles in one order.
•Orders will be available at The Bruery Provisions during our standard operating hours (Sunday-Wednesday 12-10pm and Thursday-Saturday 11-12am).
•Only those who have “Reserve Society” status on our eCommerce site will be able to order these releases. If you are a Reserve Society member and don't have an account on our eCommerce site, please sign up and eMail society@thebruery.com to give you access to the releases.
•All beers must be picked up by March 31st, 2013
