Hi Everyone!

With the sun shining and weather in the 70's, there is no excuse for missing another awesome weekend in the Tasting Room. This weekend we will be breaking in our new randall, serving up some old classics and opening up our cellar.

Friday night we are going to be bringing back Provisions Series: Bierbauch. Bierbauch, our Provisions Series beer for this past May, is a 8.5% ABV imperial maibock aged on oak. This tasty brew will only be around for the weekend, so come on in and get your hands on some before it is gone for good! Friday night we will also be pouring the very last of BeRazzled, our 5.7% ABV tart raspberry ale. That beer is extremely limited and will likely be gone by the end of the night, so come in and grab one early if you don't want to miss out.

This Saturday we are bringing back our Reserve Bottle List. In what has become a bit of a tradition on the second Saturday of every month, The Bruery opens up our cellar to the public with what we are calling our Reserve Bottle List. This list will consist of many rare and limited Bruery beers, all of which will only be available for consumption inside of the Tasting Room. We hope this gives everyone the opportunity to try some rare beer that they might have missed out on in the past. For you Bruery imbibers who are looking for your football fix, we will be showing the Denver vs. New England playoff game at 5:00 PM.

Sunday is going to be a fun one as well. With the weather being so nice, we thought this would be a great time to bring back our spring seasonal, Saison De Lente, for a day. Not satisfied with leaving well enough alone, we will be running that beer through our brand new randall with fresh whole leaf centennial and cascade hops. Hottenroth mimosas will also be available, as well as a full lineup of awesome brews for everyone around to watch the Green Bay vs. New York football game at 1:30 PM.

As always we will be having an awesome food truck here each night. Friday we will be hosting the awesome sausages of the Brats N' Berlin truck, Saturday night the lovely ladies from the Seabirds truck will be here serving up their deceptively delicious vegan fare and Sunday the Spud Runners Truck will be here to cook up some grub for you football fans.
