This weekend is your last chance to come into the Bruery Tasting Room this year and we are going to bring in the new year with a bang!

Friday night two new beers will be available: Smoking Wood and Trois Poules Français. Smoking wood is a delicious demonstration of what wood has to offer when it comes to beer. Brewed with several kinds of smoked malt, and aged in rye whiskey barrels, this 10% ABV imperial smoked porter is one of our favorite beers at the moment. Smoking Wood is full bodied with light spiciness, with flavors of toasted oak, caramel and vanilla that work to balance the smokiness and create an intense yet refined flavor profile. Bottles and draft of Smoking Wood will be available all weekend long.

Trois Poules Français is our third installment of our barrel aged '12 Day of Christmas' series. Meaning '3 French Hens' in French, this beer utilizes an abundance of syrah grapes from the Santa Ynez Valley, which are full of rich, dark berry flavors and a wisp of black pepper that seemed all too perfect for Three French Hens. The grapes were pressed and the juice was added to the beer which was then aged in wine barrels for one year. The result is a satisfyingly tart, dark ale with hints of oak and dried fruit that finishes with a clean, vinous character typical of a deep red wine. Trois Poules Français is only available in bottles in the Tasting Room.

Sunday we will be rewarding those of you brave enough to continue your New Year Eve parties into Sunday morning with some hair of the dog. We are pulling out the last of our BeRazzled kegs to celebrate the New Year in style. That 5% ABV is the tart raspberry ale that everyone loved so much just a couple months back. We thought it was the perfect beer to ring in the new year with. We will also be pouring some delicious Hottenroth mimosas for those of you who want some Vitamin C with your Sunday football.

Finally, we would like to remind everyone that our hours are a little different for the Tasting Room this weekend. Our hours are:

12/30 - Regular Hours
12/31 - 2-8pm
1/1 - Regular Hours
