Hi Everybody!

Cold weather and the holidays can only mean one thing for Bruery lovers: It's time to come to the Tasting Room to stock up on winter warmers and stocking stuffers!

Saturday and Sunday we will be serving our very special Mélange #3 on draft. This beer is a blend of three bourbon barrel aged strong ales. White Oak Sap, a wheat wine, our Anniversary Series old ale and our imperial stout, Black Tuesday, join forces in this luxurious strong ale that links some of the best characteristics of each of the contributing beers. Chocolate, dark fruits, oaky vanilla and rich toffee-like character reach through the bourbon veneer for an intensely satisfying quaff. This is a perfect beer for cold nights and decadent holiday celebrations!

We will also be pouring the delicious Four Calling Birds this weekend. This traditional winter warmer is a continuation of our Twelve Days of Christmas series. Gingerbread spices complement that robust dark ale to create a beer with notes of licorice and banana bread, as well as dark fruit, molasses and bitter chocolate. Pints and bottles will be available for anyone looking to celebrate the holiday season with a big, complex and delicious dark beer.

This whole weekend we will be having an $8 growler special on Black Orchard, our Dark Wit. We will also have some very cool new 'winter' themed t-shirts, perfect for a stocking stuffer along with tons of other hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts and more!

As always we will have some great food trucks around to feed everyone. Friday night the OC Tasting Spoon truck will be here serving up some delicious food, Saturday night The Viking Truck will have their special Norse Sausages and Sunday afternoon Spud Runners will be here to feed the NFL football crowd.
