Hi everyone,

This weekend should be another busy one in the Tasting Room! We will be serving up some delicious brews and are helping kick-start the holiday season with a bunch of growler specials!

In case you missed it last week, we recently brought back an old Bruery favorite: Rugbrød! Rugbrød, which means "rye bread" in Danish, is an 8% ABV brown ale inspired by the Dane's staple dark, whole-grain rye bread. Brewed with three types of rye malt, this robust brown showcases the earthy, spicy character of the grain, complemented by bready, nutty barley malts and a hint of roast. Loosely based on the Scandinavian Christmas beer or "Julebryg" tradition, this tasty beer will only be around for a short amount of time, so come in and get some while you still can.

We are going to be running some fun growler specials this weekend to celebrate the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. We are bringing back 714, our light Belgian-style blonde ale, just in time to fill up some very affordable $8 growlers. Black Orchard growlers will also be available for $8 and we are going to be filling growlers of Humulus Lager until supplies run out. Come on in this weekend, grab a pint, take some beer to-go and enjoy your short workweek!

We're going to have some fantastic food trucks by to feed everybody. Friday night the lovely ladies at the Flip Truck will be here to serve up some sliders, Saturday night the Lobstah Truck will be slinging lobster rolls and Sunday afternoon the Tornado Potato truck will be here to grill up some food for the NFL watching masses.
