Hi Bruery lovers,

This week we are going to be bringing back an old classic and will be opening up our cellar for everyone to try some awesome beer that isn't usually available to the public!

Friday night we are going to be bringing back a Bruery fan-favorite to the Tasting Room: Rugbrød!

Rugbrød, which means "rye bread" in Danish, is an 8% ABV brown ale inspired by the Dane's staple dark, whole-grain rye bread. Brewed with three types of rye malt, this robust brown showcases the earthy, spicy character of the grain, complemented by bready, nutty barley malts and a hint of roast. Loosely based on the Scandinavian Christmas beer or "Julebryg" tradition, this beer is perfect for the colder weather of winter. And don’t worry about the name, we can’t pronounce it either!

This Saturday we are also glad to be bringing back our Reserve Bottle List. In case you missed this event the past few months, we are opening up our cellar to the public on the second Saturday of every month with what we are calling our Reserve Bottle List. This list will consist of many rare and limited Bruery beers, all of which will only be available for consumption inside of the Tasting Room. Hopefully this gives all of you Bruery beer geeks the opportunity to try some beers you might have missed out on! On a side note, we now have growlers back for sale, so come on in and fill up some draft beer to-go! If you are a fan of Humulus Wet, this will likely be the last week that beer will be around, so come fill up your growlers and get a glass before it's gone!

As always we will have a bunch of great trucks around to feed the masses this weekend. Friday night our friends at Bacon Mania will be by to serve up some pork themed treats, Saturday night the Rico Soho truck will be cooking up some Mexican cuisine (and will be serving up some free tacos if it rains!) and Sunday night we will be having the Munchee5 truck by to feed everyone while watching NFL football!
