Hello Everyone!

We have lots of things going on in the Tasting Room this weekend. Between the release of a new Provisions Series beer, the resurrection of an old Bruery classic and the Reserve Bottle List on Saturday, this weekend is going to be a blast.

Friday night we are going to be releasing 2 beers that haven't been around for some time. Snicklefritz, the newest addition to our Provisions Series of beers, was our Pro-Am entry for the 2009 Great American Beer Festival and the brain-child of current TAPS fish-house brewer Kyle Manns. That 9.5% ABV Belgian strong pale ale is spiced with cardomom, ginger, juniper berries and coriander, along with fresh lemon, orange, grapefruit and tangerine zests. After fermentation, the already complex concoction was aged on oak cubes to add one more layer of flavor.

We will also be re-releasing Black Orchard! Some of you may remember this beer as it was part of our original lineup and is now just a member of the retired collection of "Orchard" beers. Somewhat similar to Orchard White, this one is a 5.7% ABV Belgian-style black wheat beer, or "black wit", if you will. This dark but surprisingly light bodied beer is very drinkable while still having character and complexity. Chamomile is added for its floral aroma, while the coriander and citrus peel give the characteristics of a traditional witbier. Those great brews will be on all weekend, so come in and get a pint or two!

This Saturday we are glad to be bringing back our Reserve Bottle List. For the past couple of months we have opened up our cellar to the public on the second Saturday of every month with what we are calling our Reserve Bottle List. This list consist of many rare and limited Bruery beers, all of which will only be available for consumption inside of the Tasting Room. Hopefully this gives all of you Bruery beer geeks the opportunity to try some beers you might have missed out on! Delicious food trucks will be gracing us with their presence each day this weekend. Friday night we are going to have The Lime Truck by to serve up some of their delicious California Cuisine. In case you haven't heard, the Lime Truck is going to be featured on The Great American Food Truck Race show on The Food Network this Sunday. Come by and get some of their food before their lines get too crazy! Saturday night we are going to be having some delicious Brats from the brand new Brats n' Berlin truck. For Sunday we are going to have the special treat of having SlapFish by the Tasting Room. They are doing a special meal just for the Bruery so come by and check it out!
