Hi Everybody!

After a wild 4th of July week, we are ready for a relaxing weekend in the Tasting Room. Come on in and get a cold glass of our newest beer - Pharoah. Pharoah, a 5.7% ABV Faro-style ale, is a deliciously sweet and sour ale sweetened with date sugar. Get some while it is still around! Also, Humulus Lager, a fan favorite among all of you Tasting Room regulars, will be back on draft this weekend! That awesome hoppy lager will only be around for a while, so come in and get your hop fix while you can.

This weekend we will also have a very limited amount of of our 100% Barrel Aged Cuir in bottles. While the larger release of Cuir is 25% barrel aged, this beer is 100% aged in barrels which leaves it stronger in flavor, alcohol (17% ABV) and complexity. There will be a 2 bottle maximum on purchases of BA Cuir.

This Saturday we are glad to be bringing back our Reserve Bottle List. In case you missed this event last month, we are opening up our cellar to the public on the second Saturday of every month with what we are calling our Reserve Bottle List. This list will consist of many rare and limited Bruery beers, all of which will only be available for consumption inside of the Tasting Room. Hopefully this gives all of you Bruery beer geeks the opportunity to try some beers you might have missed out on! As usual we will also be having some great food trucks stop by this weekend. Friday night the Lime Truck will be around to serve up some tasty California cuisine, Saturday Spud Runners will be making their first appearance at the Tasting Room and Sunday we will be having some great BBQ courtesy of Rancho A Go Go BBQ.
