This weekend we are pulling out all the stops to celebrate the 4th of July. For First Firkin Friday we are happy to offer a firkin of our newest beer- Pharoah. Pharoah, a 5.7% ABV Faro-style ale, is a delicious sour ale that has been sweetened with date sugar. Come on in and get that tasty beer while it is still around! A very limited amount of that beer was made and it is only going to be around for a short while longer.
Saturday we will be releasing bottles of our 100% Barrel Aged Cuir. While the larger release of Cuir is 25% barrel aged, this beer is 100% aged in barrels which leaves it stronger in flavor, alcohol (17% ABV) and complexity. There will be a 2 bottle maximum on purchases of BA Cuir and are available only while supplies last.
In keeping with our tradition of 'Red White & Brue' flights for the 4th, this year we are going to be pouring 4 fantastic and limited beers on Sunday. Bottleworks XII, our 8% ABV Imperial Tart Wit Ale aged in wine barrels with raspberries is going to be making a very special appearance for Sunday only. We are also going to be pouring firkins of Run B.M.C., our quadruple hopped 7% ABV Imperial Pilsner, in 2 different varieties- with grapefruit and lemon zest. As if that were not enough, we will also have our 5.7% ABV Geueze-style ale with blueberries on draft. Come in early for those beers, they are extremely limited and will only be around for SUNDAY ONLY. To keep the party going into Monday the 4th, we are giving anyone wearing patriotic gear 10% off on growler fills.
All this drinking is going to make you hungry, so we have invited some of our favorite food trucks along for the ride. Friday night our favorite ladies at the Flip Truck will be by serving some tasty sliders, Saturday Fresh Fry will be making their first appearance at the Tasting Room and Sunday our old friends at Bacon MANia are going to be by serving up some bacon-based goodies.
