-Lime Truck on Friday! Bruery beer drinkers rejoice, the weekend is here and the Tasting Room is open! We are looking forward to a busy weekend in the Tasting Room this week. We are going to be releasing two awesome new beers this weekend. Friday night we are going to have our newest Provisions beer - Iniquitous - on tap! Iniquitous is a 10% ABV Belgian-style Golden Strong Ale which leans away from our usual approach of style bending. There is no oak, bacteria, brettanomyces -- not even a fruit or spice to be found! Clean and simple, this is just a great, strong golden ale. On Saturday we are going to be releasing Acer Quercus - the result of our Collaboration with Sean Lawson of Lawson's Finest Liquids in rural Vermont. This 9.5% ABV oaked, smoked and mapled monster of a beer uses smoked malts from the very maple trees that provided the syrup for this beer. The result is a mildly sweet, smoky brown ale with balancing wood tannins. For those of you around early on Saturday, some undisclosed leftovers from the Clusterfork party should find their way into the Tasting Room. Those will not last long, so come in early if you plan on having some! In what has become a bit of a Sunday tradition, one Humulus Lager keg will be made available for those of you who are looking to have some delicious hoppy lager on a sunny Sunday afternoon. As a nod to Fathers day, the first 12 dads to bring in their kids, or a picture of their kids, will be able to fill growlers of Humulus Lager. See you all this weekend! This weekend at the Tasting Room we're pouring: Saison Rue * = Growler fill available Hope to see you there! Cheers, |
