Wow! What an incredible weekend for The Bruery. In case you missed it, we had our 3rd Anniversary party this past weekend and it was a resounding success. We got to drink some great beer, see a lot of old friends, make some new ones and raise a ton of money for the Lestonnac Free Clinic in Orange. Thanks to everyone that was able to come out and celebrate the past 3 years with us!
The party just keeps on going into this weekend and we're starting it off with First Firkin Friday! The brewers have prepared us a super special cask this week. They've taken our newest Provisions Series beer, Iniqutious, and dry-hopped it with Citra hops. Citra has become a pretty popular hop recently with its great pineapple and pine like flavors. This one is gonna be great!
The party doesn't just stop there, as we will have left-overs from the anniversary event for the Tasting Room this weekend. Loakal Red, our hoppy oaked American Red Ale which has been missing for the past couple of weeks, will be back in the Tasting Room on Saturday night. Hottenroth, our tart Berliner Weisse will also be making an appearance on Saturday, but both of those beers are going to go fast and won't be around for a month or so after this, so make sure to come in to get some while supplies last. Sunday we are bringing back our extra hoppy Humulus Lager, a fan favorite among our hop-headed Tasting Room lovers. Humulus Lager will only be on for ONE DAY and will not be making another appearance for some time, so come in and drink up! In addition to all of those beers we are going to have a full line-up of other great brews so come on in and enjoy some awesome beers and fantastic food this weekend!
The lovely boys at the Lime Truck will be gracing us with their culinary presence on Friday night and Short Stop BBQ will be by around 5:30 on Saturday to fill you up with some delicious BBQ sauce slathered goodness. Rancho-A-Go Go will be here on Sunday at 2:00 to try and keep up with everyone who has been hanging around drinking Humulus Lager all day.
