Another week is in the books and the Tasting Room is open this weekend to help you enjoy your weekend right.

Our Anniversary Party is quickly approaching and tickets are selling fast. This awesome event is going to be taking place at the Phoenix Club and tickets are now on sale now at Provisions, in the Tasting Room and online. The event is going to be on Sunday, May 29th, the day before Memorial Day, with regular tickets costing $35 and VIP tickets costing $50. Over 15 great breweries are going to be pouring for the event and all of the proceeds are going to the Lestonnac Clinic in Orange. Buy your tickets today to make sure you get to go! A bunch of new beers came out last weekend just in time for some beautiful weather. We just released our fantastic summer seasonal Trade Winds, an 8.1% ABV tripel brewed with rice and Thai basil. We also have our newest Provisions Series beer - Bierbauch. Bierbauch, meaning beer-belly in German, is a 8.6% ABV Imperial Maibock aged in oak barrels. As if that were not enough, Cuir, our 3rd Anniversary beer, will be making an appearance. Cuir is a 14.5% ABV old ale brewed using the solera method, where older aged batches are blended with the new batch, slowly raising the overall vintage of the brew. Come on in and enjoy some awesome beers and fantastic food this weekend!

Our friends at the food trucks are going to be here as always and this weekend they are all on the GO. Barcelona on the Go will be around on Friday night, Louks to Go will be here on Saturday night serving some delicious Greek Cuisine and Rancho a Go Go will have BBQ for the Sunday crowd.
