Reserve Society Releases & Pickups
Hi everyone,
We just wanted ro remind you about two things. First off, beginning TODAY, Marrón Acidifié and ISO:FT will be available for you to pick up at The Bruery Provisions, but as always, we'll hang onto those bottles in our cellar so don't worry if you can't make it there immediately. One thing to note with ISO:FT is that like with all of our fruited beers, we use real fruit, not juice,concentrate or flavoring, and since we do not filter our beers, a bit of fruit sediment can find itself in the bottles. We recommend that before you drink your bottle you give it appropriate time to settle and you pour it smoothly, leaving yeast and fruit sediment at the bottom of the bottle. This should result in a perfect pour of what we think is a pretty fantastic beer!
For this month's releases you need to get your orders in by Wednesday, so please hurry up if you haven't yet done so.

The following beers will be available for order between tomorrow, March 16th through March 30th at society.thebruery.com
Salt of the Earth and Mischief Gone Wild will be available for pickup at The Bruery Provisions beginning on April 1st and both versions of Cuir will be available on a date, TBD in May.
Provisions Series: Salt of the Earth, 3 bottle limit, $10 per bottle
Salt of the Earth is our play on a gose. Not to be confused with a gueze, the gose style originated in Leipzig, Germany. It is a wheat beer traditionally brewed with salt and coriander as well as lactic bacteria. Clearly not following the Reinheitsgebot, we figured we'd knock it up a level by using an addition of truffle salt in our gose, adding an earthy and funky element to the aroma and flavor certain to tantalize all of the foodies out there.
Mischief Gone Wild, 4 bottle limit, $12 per bottle
Most of you have already had our hoppy Belgian-style golden ale, Mischief, and are already familiar with it's unique character. Well, as you know, we at The Bruery get a bit bored of doing the same beers day in and day out, so we decided to introduce brettanomyces to the already mischievious equation and now, as they say, the beer has gone wild. Dryer, differently complex and really quite delicious, Mischief Gone Wild is unrestrained in just the right way.
Cuir, 3 bottle limit, $20 per bottle
Cuir is our third anniversary ale. It is the same recipe as Papier and Coton, created using the Solera method. Layered with complex flavors of dark fruit,vanilla, oak, and burnt sugar, we blended a portion of both Papier and Coton that had been aging in oak barrels with this new batch of the same beer, adding an additional layer of complexity that will grow over time as we continue to age and blend with each anniversary, creating an older average age to the ale.
100% Barrel Aged Cuir, 4 bottle limit, $30 per bottle
This is our special version of Cuir, just for the Reserve Society. While the general release is 25% barrel aged and 75% fermented with oak, this beer is 100% out of the oak barrel leaving it stronger in flavor, alcohol and complexity.

Please note, all of our Provisions Series beers will also be available on a limited basis for walk-in sales at our store in Old Towne Orange. We set aside an allotment of these beers for our Reserve members to be sure you don't miss out on getting them. While these beers may already be on the shelves, and you are welcome to purchase extras, you can not pick up your Reserve Society order until the pick-up designated date.
Your 15% membership discount will be applied to all sales. The beers will be onsale through society.thebruery.com between 3/16 and 3/30. Salt of the Earth and Mischief Gone Wild will be available for pickup on or around April 1st and both Cuir and 100% Barrel Aged Cuir will be available in May, a followup email will come with an exact date.
When ordering these beers, the usual guidelines apply:
⁃ If your order is for more than one brand of beer, please make sure to order all bottles in one order.
⁃ Oders will be available at The Bruery Provisions during our standard operating hours (Thursday, Friday & Saturday 12-10pm and Sunday - Wednesday 12 – 8 pm).
⁃ Only those who have “Reserve Society” status on our eCommerce site will be able to order these releases. If you are a Reserve Society member and don't have an account on our eCommerce site, please sign up and eMail society@thebruery.com to give you access to the releases.
