Reserve Society 2011 Celebration

Hello again,

Below, please find important details about both the Initiation Celebration and bottle pick ups. Please read this thoroughly in order to avoid any future confusion.

Date & Time: Saturday, January 8th, 12:30pm to 3:30pm

Location: The Phoenix Club - 1340 South Sanderson Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92806

If you are attending the event, please make sure you bring your ID, this is all we need from you and your guest for entrance.

If you are sending someone in your place who is NOT in the Reserve Society, please make sure that person has the RSVP confirmation page printed out OR they have your original confirmation number from when you purchased your Reserve Society membership and your email address. They will also, of course, need to know your name so we can find it on our list.

Bottle Pickup

We are unfortunately not able to distribute your initiation bottles of beer at The Phoenix Club as they don't have a license that allows this. We will, however, have your beer, growler bags, tshirts and membership cards all available at our Tasting Room (715 Dunn Way, Placentia CA 92870) from 10am until 10pm on Saturday. You can come by before, after, or even during the party to pick up your goods, however the Tasting Room will not be open for beer service until 4pm.

Please note, ONLY you or the person listed under your shipping address (formerly known as your "trustee") can pick up your bottles. If someone else is attending the party in your place and they are not the person listed under your shipping address, they CAN NOT pick up your bottles.

If you do not pick up your bottles and gifts on Saturday, they will be available at The Bruery Provisions beginning on Monday and we will store the beer for all of you who can't make it out to California for a while, don't worry.

Pre-party and Post-party

While your bottles are available to pick up at the Tasting Room beginng at 10am, we won't actually be open for beer service until 4pm, as usual.

Both The Bruery Provisions and our Tasting Room will be open after the party and we'd love to have you at either, but we have to request that you DO NOT use either location for bottle shares.

Chocolate Rain

To quell the Chocolate Rain storm that has swelled since we posted a photo on Facebook/Twitter last night - EVERY Reserve Society member, whether you are in attendance on Saturday or not, WILL get ONE bottle of Chocolate Rain. This bottle is included in your membership. It is already paid for. If you can't pick yours up this weekend, it will be waiting for you at The Bruery Provisions for whenever you or the person you have designated under the shipping address (formerly known as your "trustee") can come and get it.

Chocolate Rain is in extremely limited supply and we will not be able to sell extra bottles.

Hopefully this answers most, if not all, of your questions for this weekend. We are really excited about the party and we're even more excited about the year ahead of us.
