 Hooping Workshop Added!!!
hipAHA is pleased to announce that a hooping workshop will be offered on June 3rd, 2008, from 5:00 to 6:30 PM in Fenwick Island. The cost for the workshop is $20. The workout will consist of "getting to know your hoop" while raising your heart rate. In addition, the hoop is weighted which not only makes it easier then the childhood hula hoop but also provides a fabulous ab workout! The workshop will be held on the beach between Atlantic and South Carolina Streets. Special guest instructor Heather Vandermyde of www.duckyoga.com will be instructing the workshop. You MUST register in advance as space and hoops are limited. You can also register for the entire evening event which includes the workshop, a bonfire clam bake catered by Nantuckets and drum circle led by Joe Mama. Fireside hooping to the live drumming is guaranteed to be completely liberating!! The cost for this evening event is $70. Need more information on hooping? Visit http://www.hooping.org/.
