Texas Boot Camp
This one-hour, high energy, out-of-gym experience is packed with just what you need to get your body in top shape!
These power-hour sessions meet a minimum of three times a week and are sure to give you more stamina, strength and cardiovascular endurance. Men and women, 18 and older, come for all different reasons, whether it is to change up their current physical training program, shed a few unwanted pounds, lower stress levels or even meet some new friends. And everyone leaves with results! Enroll for our next class and prepare to be impressed with how rapidly you transform and improve your body!
Classes are held Monday through Saturday and registration is ongoing! Childcare available during the mid-morning and evening classes.
