Make the most of what IS within your control

I added a list of "4 P's" to guide me in making my "I'm at my best when..." list. Fill in each of these 4 P's in the context of:
"How do I need to _________, in order to achieve my best results?"
These steps require significant behavioral changes and produce sustainable quality of life improvements. Think about your routine and where you may have room for build in new behaviors.
- I get enough sleep
- I eat well in the morning
- I exercise & train for an upcoming race
- I'm on time for my appointments
- I reach out to clients in advance
- I call family & clients personally
- I mail a card to say "thank you"
- I learn something new
- I'm prepared for the seminars I present
- all of my travel logistics are current and updated on my calendar & phone
- my gear (phone, computer, gps, ipad, etc) is fully charged and ready to use
