The Womack Company
Who else could use an extra
 15 minutes between
back-to-back meetings?

See how easily you can add time
(& sanity) back into your
non-stop day

Most people schedule meetings starting and ending on the hour. We bet you've had those kind of hectic days too, where you're scheduled back to back, in different locations, running round all day long.

It's exhausting!

Sound Familiar? If so, try this:

If you're interested in getting a little time (and sanity) back, try this experiment. Schedule your meetings to end 15 minutes after the hour (i.e.: 9:15, 10:15, 11:15).

As strange as this sounds, when other people see your meeting ending at 10:15, they won't schedule you for another meeting until 10:30. We're not sure why this is, but it's true.

ADVANCED Time Saving Tips:

We encourage you to take advantage of this new found time. DO NOT go back to your office to check email as usual.

Practice these new behaviors, so you can get ahead:

  • Debrief your meeting: write down what are you responsible for and deadlines.

  • Delegate: communicate to your team what they need to do.

  • Add to your Agendas: the lists for people & projects you work with most often.

  • Physically get to the next meeting, relaxed, on time, and stress-free.

Wishing you all the time in the world...

Jason & Jodi
