If you're interested in getting a little time (and sanity) back, try this experiment. Schedule your meetings to
end 15 minutes after the hour (i.e.: 9:15, 10:15, 11:15).
As strange as this sounds, when other people see your meeting ending at 10:15, they
won't schedule you for another meeting until 10:30. We're not sure why this is, but it's true.
ADVANCED Time Saving Tips:

your office to check email as usual.

Debrief your meeting: write down what are you responsible for and deadlines.
