Congratulations to NEM Advisory Board member and past Speaker Series speaker, Lieutenant Colonel Douglas A. Middleton.  Lt. Colonel Middleton was selected to serve as Henrico County's next Chief of Police and was chosen from a field of 37 candidates from 18 states who applied for the role.  Watch the full story featured on WTVR CBS News Channel 6.
