Westfield Farm Capri Goat Cheeses featured this week
As many of you know already, here at Panzano we strive to have high quality, artisanal products. In doing this, we have many amazing locally made products. This week we are featuring two wonderful local goat cheeses new in our cheese case. Westfield Farm is a specialty cheese maker located on 20 acres in Hubbardston, a rural town in central Massachusetts. Established in 1971, Westfield Farm is run by the Kilmoyer family. The farm makes about a dozen different types of cheese, primarily made from goat milk, from the milk of several family dairy farms in surrounding towns. READ MORE>

WEEKEND WINE TASTING
BY FRED MULLINS
COMPLIMENTARY TASTING FRIDAY 5-7pm · SATURDAY 4-7pm
Summer Sippers
It's that time of year for lounging on our decks/porches and sharing a bottle to celebrate good company and the arrival of warm sunny days. So the theme this week will be "Summer Sippers". What defines a "Summer Sipper" is a fairly straight forward formula: it needs to be a wine with broad appeal, it should be a wine that is refreshing and/or good to bring to a cook out, and it needs to be budget friendly. Now that you have the parameters of what makes for a good "Summer Sipper", let's get started on what we suggest enjoying this summer.
NV Santome, Prosecco Brut DOC, Veneto, Italy (prosecco) $16
2011 Cusumano, Insolia Sicilia Bianco IGT, Sicily, Italy (insolia) $16
2010 Gino Pedrotti, Schiava Nera, Trentino, Italy (schiava nera) $20 READ MORE>
