Taza Chocolate Products 10% off this Week
Taza Stone Ground Chocolate is not only some of the most delicious and unique chocolate, it is made locally in Somerville, MA! Founded in 2006, Taza Chocolate was born out of a desire to combine the Mesoamerican tradition of chocolate with a modern, high-quality product manufactured in a socially responsible way. Taza is a small production, bean-to-bar chocolate maker, and the only producer in the US of 100% stone ground, organic chocolate. READ MORE>

WEEKEND WINE TASTING
BY FRED MULLINS, GENERAL MANAGER
COMPLIMENTARY TASTING FRIDAY 5-7pm · SATURDAY 4-7pm
Special Guest Pourers
This weekend's tasting will feature two people whom I have always enjoyed working with: Jeff Slavin (Owner of Hangtime Wholesale Wine), and Lisa Kaplan of Domaine Select Estates. Jeff's wines have been mainstays on our list at Tomasso and on the shelves of Panzano for years now. Jeff has a nose (and a palate) for seeking out some ridiculously affordable wines that are seriously good. One of our staple and "go to" reds at Panzano is the Dario d'Angelo Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. For $10 you get a full bodied slightly rustic red that seems to work for everyone. Jeff will be at Panzano this Saturday from 4 to 7 to share not only the Dario Montepulciano but some of his other fantastic wines like the Alice Prosecco ($22) and the LeSciare Primitivo ($13). On Friday, Lisa will host the tasting and pour some the gems from the estates she represents. Anyone who has stopped by Panzano and picked up a bottle of La Maialina's Gertrude ($14) knows how good this baby Super Tuscan is. The defining quality of all of Lisa's wines in the Domaine Select portfolio is that they tend to over deliver.
