This week we will feature three different estates from Tuscany: Podere Sapaio, Barone Albergotti, Le Macchiole. Driven by passion, all have their own approach and philosophy about producing wines. The most interesting part of this (other than the wines) is the same focus on quality. With these estates, it's more about the long game and providing wines that are driven by the land and the people behind them. They are all pure expressions of their respective regions, and while they may not be household names to most wine enthusiasts, they should be when you consider the tremendous enjoyment, gratification and value offered by all three.
