It's Halloween!
Scream! Scream! Scream!
Who's emitting those ghastly, ghostly sounds? Yikes, it's me! My brain cells have become totally mummified. I can't seem to conjure up any motivating
words for this Monday. I seem to be
stuck in a swamp of Halloween
mania.
So, let's take a break from the dos and don'ts of business
acumen. This week's schedule includes making sure the kids are outfitted, the treats
are ready and the doorbell works. Now if
you're a grandparent, it's time to practice your acting skills. Never let
the grandkids know that you know who they are!
They are for this one crazy, wild pretend day, little goblins, ghosts,
pumpkins, princesses and spider men.
If for some reason this holiday has become a big pain in the
neck (Has Dracula gotten to you?), maybe you could reflect on your childhood
memories when life was less demanding and so much more magical. What was your favorite costume? Did you portray a famous or a favorite
character? What was your favorite
treat-Snickers bars, caramel apples, homemade popcorn
balls? I'll bet it was that toothbrush from
the
dentist down the block!
So enough words said, I'm getting out the broom and fetching
the pointy hat and cackling through these next few days.
Have a boo-tiful, fun, joyful Halloween!
