Greetings!

February's Gerson Basics Workshop was another great success. We had a spectacular group of 85 participants, all eager to learn, heal, and spread the word of the Gerson Therapy. This month, we have an even greater reason to celebrate: on March 27th Charlotte Gerson will celebrate her 89th birthday. At age 11, Charlotte was cured of bone tuberculosis by her father using the Gerson Therapy. 78 years later, she can also celebrate being the longest known cured Gerson Therapy patient. If you would like to wish Charlotte a happy birthday, please send all wishes to:

Kids for Organic Farming

BirkeBaehr

Holy cow! Watch 11-year old Birke Baehr give an incredibly eloquent and well-informed presentation on what's wrong with the American food system today. Birke, who wants to be an organic farmer when he grows up, explains the problems with our agricultural system, Monsanto and GMOs, and the manipulative marketing of junk food to kids. Our favorite part: "Organic produce isn't expensive. You just have to decide, are you going to pay the farmer or the hospital?".
Watch Birke's TED Talk.

Gerson Practitioner Training

The Gerson Institute receives many requests for referrals to Gerson trained practitioners to guide them on the therapy in an out-patient basis. There is an especially high demand for Gerson practitioners in the United States. We offer yearly training courses, to train and officialy certify doctors in the Gerson Therapy. If you know of anyone who is a naturopathic doctor (ND), doctor of osteopathy (DO), medical doctor (MD) doctor of chiropractic (DC), physician assistant (PA) or nurse practitioner (NP) who is seriously interested in becoming a Gerson Practitioner, tell them about the next annual Gerson Institute Module I Practitioner Training.

I wanted to take the time to thank you for keeping this information alive. I only wish I had come across it sooner. However, I am teaching my two teenage daughters the importance of eating properly, and juicing. It will take a bit of time to adjust our diets accordingly, but we are off to a great start. I am so excited about living the healthiest life possible.

Thank you so much! ~Susan Nolan
