Apple natureA new Gerson licensed clinic will open in Hungary near Budapest on March 12!  Beata Bishop, recovered melanoma patient, devoted more than 25 years to lecturing, writing, teaching and training throughout Europe, providing the cornerstone for this historic endeavor.  It is headed by Dr. Melanie Nagy, a recovered Gerson patient.  A full complement of additional medical, nursing, food prep and support staff is ready for the opening two-week session.  For additional information contact:info@efa.t-online.hu
 
In Poland, The Gerson Therapy will be featured at the Natural Medicine Exhibition, the biggest such gathering in the country.  In addition, magazine articles, radio shows and lectures will promote the therapy throughout Poland.

Featured Recipe
 
Poinsettia CatTwice-Baked Garlic Carrot Potatoes
 
1 Idaho Potato
1 Small clove garlic
1 Carrot
 
Slice carrot and place in a stainless steel saucepan.  Add one pressed clove of garlic and a small amount of water and simmer slowly until fully cooked.  Bake the potato until fully cooked.  Remove the potato to a cutting board and let cool slightly.  Drain water from carrot garlic mixture and mash.  Slice potato in half and scoop out the potato leaving the skin intact.  Add the potato to the mashed carrots and mix well.  Spoon the mixture into the potato jacket.  Bake the filled potatoes at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes and serve.
