Top Twenty Things Obama Doesn't Say But it would be refreshing!
Despite countless speeches and news conferences, did you ever hear President Obama express the following ideas?
1. Not everything is a federal issue; some things are for the states to decide.
2. I hear what you're saying and you have a good point.
3. One of the beautiful things about our constitution is the liberty given to individuals to pursue their dreams. There is great opportunity in our country to succeed.
4. In an effort to stimulate job growth and despite the objections from my party, I am working with Congress to reduce taxes for small businesses.

Richmond/Wayne County Party to hold first Monthly Meetup Tonight!
From Libertarian Party of Wayne County Chairman Rex Bell:
The Libertarian Party of Wayne County will hold it's first Meet-Up on
Tuesday, October 13th, from 6:30 until 8:00 P.M. at the Hacienda El
Camino Real. The Hacienda is located at 4712 National Road East,
Richmond.
The purpose of the Meet-Up is not only social and conversation time for
area Libertarians, but also to serve as an outreach program for others
that have questions about or an interest in the Libertarian Party.
Along with our meal, we will have an informal discussion about
libertarian solutions for the problems we face locally, statewide,
nationwide and worldwide.
The Hacienda has a wide selection of Mexican cusine, with meals priced from $6 to $10.
Mark your calendar, and please try to attend. It promises to be a lot
of fun, and in the current political climate, should be an excellent
opportunity to grow support for the libertarian movement.
Thanks,
Rex Bell
For Libertarian Party Events in Your Area, check the Official LPIN events page at Free Hoosiers: http://freehoosiers.ning.com/events. LaPorte County and Marion County will both meet tonight as well.

The LPIN affirms the following principles:
That all people possess certain unalienable natural rights, and
that among these are rights to life, liberty, justly acquired property,
and self-governance. That the only moral basis of government is the preservation and protection of unalienable natural rights. That no person or institution, public or private, has the right to
initiate the use of physical force or fraud against another person, and
that all people are bound, without contract, to abstain from infringing
upon the natural rights of other people. That all people are entitled to choose their own lifestyles, as long as they do not forcibly impose their values on others. That the voluntary and unrestricted exchange of goods and services is fundamental to a peaceful and harmonious society.
