What does this photo of my client Peter Faerber at Dodger Stadium have to do with the new Phase of Twin Homes at Breakwater? He and his wife Linda were in Lewes for several days and decided to purchase a new twin home to be built next year at Breakwater. Josh Hay gave Peter this Schell magnet and asked him to take a photo with it somewhere in Los Angeles when he went home. Peter took it with him to a game at Dodger Stadium and sent both of us this great picture. Peter and Linda will be moving to Breakwater sometime in the Winter of 2013/14. The new section of twinhomes just released at Breakwater offers some beautiful home sites on the large pond behind the clubhouse. Would you like to be their neighbors?
