Ten thousand Baby Boomers per day are turning 65
and in October of this year I will be one of them. Like many of us, that does not mean retirement, but it does mean Medicare. The deluge of mail from AARP and Insurance companies has been overflowing my mailbox. This is the most personal mail I have gotten since I was invited to join AARP. Without them, I think the USPS would have even bigger deficits!

Everyone I spoke with had an opinion about which Plan I should choose. It was getting so confusing so I called in an expert to explain all these options and help me make good choices. He recommended that I enroll in Plan F even though I am very healthy. Jerry O'Neill works with these plans and health insurance programs every day.

Bill and I work with real estate clients every day. We know that it's a big deal making a move to a new area at this point in our lives. We try to make buying a new home in Delaware as easy as Jerry made it for me to get signed up for the right Medicare Supplement plans.

Meet Barry Auchenbach  
We found their new home in Lewes, Delaware, in October 2008. Then, Barry retired from AAMCO in July 2010.
Barry stopped in one day at Dawn's Market just up the road in Milton on Cave Neck Road and Route One. Wally and Dawn Goff had a pot of coffee on when he got there and they enjoyed the company and some great conversations.

Kalmar Nyckel returns to Lewes

The Kalmar Nyckel returns to Lewes and will be at the Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal from August 9th to September 9th. The present day Kalmar Nyckel serves as Delaware's seagoing goodwill ambassador. She was built by a group of committed citizens to be a continuing witness to the courage and spirit of those individuals who undertook the mid-winter North Atlantic crossing in 1637-1638.
