What real estate slowdown? Here in Delaware sales have been brisk and several of our most popular communities, some 55+ and many other new home communities, are nearing completion.
- Blenheim is currently building the Final Phase and it is quite the construction zone! The best values however can be found in the few Resales.
CLICK HERE to see the resales as well as some "to be built" homes but remember - the new homes are listed at the BASE MODEL price. The new homes are settling in the high $400s or low $500s. Popular Schell Brothers communities continue to sell briskly. Specifically there are limited lots remaining at - - The Reserves at Lewes Landing - Just 9 lots remaining!
- The Retreat at Love Creek - Only 10 lots left; ask about the July incentive.
- The Ridings - Just 9 lots available here as well.
- Villages at Herring Creek - Section 1 is down to 6 lots; Section II has 22 lots
